About Kim Olson:

I have lived in rural Iowa all my live, I grew up on a farm in central Iowa with my (4) siblings. My husband and I raised our (3) now grown boys on a farm just a mile south of where I grew up. I joined Heartland Roofing, Siding and Windows LLC in the spring of 2018 as Office Manager. Before that I had worked for a manufacturing company in accounting/customer service. It has been amazing to be a part of Heartland, watching it grow and become such a successful company! All of us here at Heartland are considered a huge part of Heartland’s success, we are all part of the Heartland family. We are continually implementing new process to improve customer service in all facets of the business with “Communication” being most important with our homeowners as well as internal with the Heartland team. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my (5) amazing grandchildren with another one on the way. In the summer we love to go boating and jet ski with family in the Ozarks.
