Lynn’s home went from boarded windows to bold, blue and beautiful! After hail damage rocked Cedar Rapids, Lynn’s home was one of many that needed a full exterior makeover. Heartland was honored to be able to care for Lynn’s family and walk them through the complicated process of working with insurance to ensure their home was properly cared for. Heartland spent a lot of time trying to color match the existing siding, and even went as far as checking with the national registry of siding colors to find the right match! When we could not find the exact right color, Lynn had the opportunity to go BOLD decide on a new color! We think the Mastic Carvedwood .44 vinyl siding in Deep Cavern is an absolutely stunning choice, especially in contrast with the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Fox Hollow Gray and white gutters and soffit. The rich blue only serves to accentuate the grey roof, which echoes the warm grey of their existing stone. We are so happy to help Lynn give his home a full makeover, and think this home turned out stunning!

What a stunner! Gaurav originally called us to look at his home in the winter, so we needed to wait until it was warm to start his project. This gave him plenty of time to really plan out what he wanted his home to look like. We think he made the right decision to move from a soft grey to Royal Building Products' Estate siding in Marine Blue. We cannot get over how the white trim accents the bold architectural lines of his home, bringing a crisp, clean feeling to such a daring statement. Great decisions, Gaurav! Wow, what a change! Don’t these photos look like two different houses? Diane’s home definitely leveled up in quaintness after Heartland resided her home! She chose Mastic Carvedwood .44 vinyl siding in in Brunswick, and we really think it makes her front porch pop! This home is now warm and welcoming, and we are so happy we were able to walk hand in hand with Diane through this process. Kim and Scott went BOLD with this one and we are here for it! After Derecho, Kim and Scott’s blah beige home had some nasty siding, soffit and fascia damage. Heartland was here for them, and took the time to walk through their insurance paperwork. Originally, their insurance had only approved two sides of the house to be resided, but we did our research, compared their current siding to a national database of available colors and could not find a color match. That means Kim and Scott got their whole house resided! These two chose Mastic Carvedwood in Red Brick siding, which completely pops with the white trim on the home. Scott and Kim even gave us some love after by sending this review: “Heartland replaced our siding, soffits and fascia after the derecho. Crisp, bright, and happy – David and Darcy’s home has had a MAJOR upgrade after some storm damage! Heartland had the honor to bringing this adorable this home into the 21 century with Mastic Quest siding in Natural Cedar, and bright white gutters and trim. We think this home really stands out in the neighborhood with its fresh, clean look! David and Darcy loved their finished product, but also enjoyed working with the Heartland team along the way, “Rod was friendly and right on top of things. WOW – can you even believe this is the same house? Before we started, Tim and Jen’s blah beige home had barely any difference between the brick and siding color. This couple decided to switch it up with Heartland and go bold with Mastic Ovation D4 siding in Newport Bay. The results speak for themselves -- this home is the definition of fun and welcoming, and it just pops on the street! Jen loved working with us too, “The workers were so great! This midcentury modern classic gets an A+ from the Heartland team! This home needed a little TLC, and the Heartland team was happy to step up and give it a full exterior makeover. We replaced the siding, roof, gutters, and even painted the chimney to match the rest of the home. Brian chose Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Estate Gray and Mastic Ovation siding in Harbor Gray – a classic combination for a classic home. The cool grays provide a lovely contrast to the warm brick, and the bright white gutters and trim give the whole home a crisp, clean look. This transformation was truly night and day, and we were so happy to be there for you, Brian!

Kevin called us because he had Derecho damage. He had already scheduled a time for his insurance adjuster to look at the property, and we made it a priority to meet them both at the house to get as much information for Kevin as possible. We even took the extra time to check the ITEL national database and match his siding color before moving forward with his project! Kevin ended up choosing Royal Estate siding in Linen, and we think the result is seamless. Keven said we did a great job, and appreciated that we were very responsive whenever he had questions. Jill’s home was one of many that had storm damage after Derecho. Luckily for Jill, Heartland is committed to care for each and every home as if it was our own. We tarped over the holes in her roof as soon as possible to prevent any additional damage, and then made sure we prioritized her roof replacement before the winter. Heartland replaced the roof, gutters, and siding, and it looks like a whole new house! Jill made some great decisions, choosing Mastic CarvedWood siding in Misty Shadow to accent the warm colors of her brick, white gutters, and GAF Timberline HD shingles in Charcoal to really make it pop. Russ and his family had a full job and a lot of work to do after derecho, and it all went smooth. He said it was great to work with our Site Supervisors, Corey and Michael when they stopped over to manage the production process. He also liked our business models where our supervisors follow up with crews, and do a walkthrough after the work is done. They felt like they were in good hands the whole way through, and we are happy to help!

The results are simply stunning, with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Onyx Black, Mastic Ovation in white siding, with black soffit and seamless black gutters. We think the results are the definition of class, and he said it feels like they are living in a new house!

Wow! What an amazing transformation on this lovely home in Marion, Iowa. We worked with Jeff's insurance to replace the roofing, siding, gutters, and soffits on this home after storm damage. Jeff decided it was time to ditch the blah beige and replace the siding on his home with Mastic Ovation in Harbor Gray, and his roof with GAF SG Timberline HD in Charcoal and we think it makes his home really stand out.
