Everyone we have worked with has been very professional and helpful. The work to replace the items on our house due to hail damage, including roof, windows, patio door and gutters, was excellent. This is an easy 5 star review; I cannot say enough about Heartland!! I had them install siding and gutters for me. From the first point of contact to the final touches on my project, it was a great experience the entire way through! Todd came out and talked to me about what I was looking for, answered all of my questions and concerns, and gave me an estimate which was right on par with other estimates I had received; However, I felt an extra sense of professionalism and sincerity with Heartland which made them an easy choice. They did not try to rush me to make a decision like some other companies did. Michael was my crew leader for the project and kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. I have a 100 year old + house and there were some things that came up during the work that needed extra attention. Some things had been done improperly or short cuts taken on past work. Michael brought them to my attention and made sure they were fixed properly so there would be no issues down the road. The work crew was very efficient, polite, and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up the best they could afterwards, since there was snow on ground, then came back after the snow had melted to do further cleanup and make sure every last nail was picked up and there was no trace that they had been there. I had one small issue I noticed right after the completion of the project, contacted Michael, and he came out the same day to look at it and had it all fixed the next day!! I cannot say enough about my experience with Heartland, their promptness, professionalism, attention to deal, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The siding and gutters look great!!! My old house is looking new again! I would refer anyone to Heartland for their home projects; they go above and beyond!!

We hired Heartland Roofing to do a number of projects on our house. Specifically, they completed a roof replacement, gutters, soffit and facia. (One final project to go) We are very pleased with the final outcome.

I had some hail damage on both sides of my house and called Heartland Roofing & siding to get an estimate to replace the broken panels of vinyl siding. Todd came out and suggested I file a claim with my insurance. I filed a claim and they were not able to find siding that matched my current color so I was able to get new siding. My old siding was white vinyl. I ended up paying extra money and ended up going with the EDCO Canyon steel siding. It has a 35 year color fade protection warranty that the color will not fade for 35 years and a 50 year limited hail warranty. Javier and his crew did a fantastic job and am very satisfied with the end result. They started early on Friday morning, worked all day on Saturday and Sunday and then worked all day Monday and Tuesday finishing up late Wednesday morning. The crew cleaned up. They had to take off my video doorbell and security cameras when they put on the new siding, and hooked things up the way they originally were. I would highly recommend them. I will plan on using them when it is time to get my roof replaced.
