They were extremely professional, explained everything that was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when. No hidden fees, no over pricing, no B.S., the work was outstanding, the crew was polite, knew there individual jobs. I have no complaints whatsoever, I would highly and have recommended them for roofing and siding jobs.

Heartland Roofing, Siding, and Solar had to replace our roof a second time due to another hail storm in May of 2023. Kenny's attention to detail and product knowledge was exceptional! We had to replace our siding also due to the same storm. The crew was excellent and very courteous. Tanner's follow through was very comprehensive and thorough. I would highly recommend this organization for any of your roof or siding work!

The Heartland team was purely amazing! Tanner was quick to respond to any questions we had and Kenny was quick to give me updates of when we could expect work to get completed. It was difficult choosing a color and he was so understanding and gave us examples around the neighborhood we could look at for scale. We LOVE what we chose. We were worried about the level of work being done because it was a BIG project for us but the team did an amazing job getting everything done and making it so easy! We highly recommend them and would work with them again!

The work that I've had completed on my home consisted of being completely resided, new roof, new gutters, and new windows. The work was coordinated and completed in various stages. During each stage I was well informed and expectations were set and met. The Heartland team did a great job of communicating with me and setting my mind at ease knowing that though work was going to be completed without issue. And the work was completed without issue. I had complete peace of mind throughout the whole experience. The people that I personally worked with were Kenny, Chase, and Tanner. All of which were exceptional people, and represented their company extremely well. They were eager to help in any way they could. They gave me peace of mind through the whole process and for that I'm extremely grateful. I am relatively new to the Ames area and I am a bit apprehensive when it comes to finding people/companies to do work for me. I can say without question, based on my experience, Heartland is a great company to work with, and has my highest recommendation.

Heartland was excellent to work with! Their team helped us navigate the challenges of working with our insurance company and did a fantastic job. Kenny was our main point of contact and he was patient, thorough, communicative, and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely use Heartland again for my future roofing and siding needs!

I can’t praise these guys enough. They did a fantastic job and were extremely thorough/meticulous. For instance, I have around 20x solar lamps in my landscaping. They were all removed so they wouldn’t get damaged from falling debris. When they were finished they were all put back to their original spots. Was very impressed by this! The roof looks great. Gutters have yet to be installed but I’m going to plan ahead and say they will be wonderful as well. Kudos to you guys - you have a happy customer.

I had Heartland come out to my home to check for hail damage. Kenny checked my roof and found none. Two weeks later we received another hail storm, Kenny called and asked if I would like him to check my roof again. He found damage. Someone called to make an appointment to start replacing the house shingles. They showed up around 7 am , found some plywood damage, talked to my insurance company to approve replacement. By 5 pm that night when I came home the roof was done and the yard looked better than when I left it. Awesome job! Very happy with the entire experience.

Heartland replaced my roof after hail damage. They were professional and courteous from the beginning to the end of the process. The landscaping and lawn was well protected during the teardown of the existing roof and the clean-up was impeccable.

Heartland Roofing was great start to finish. I had got 3 quotes. They were in the middle. I had roof replaced on my house and shed. Gutters replaced on house. Siding installed on my shed. Everthing looked great. Cleanup was very good. Have found only 3 roofing nails so far. Communication with salesman onto crew leaders was very good. They did the work when they said they would. Very pleasant to work with. No hidden/surprise expenses. Would highly recommend them. About only complaint they was a little slow in getting back for a final walk around. But it is the go time of year and they are busy. They do not bill you until after final walk around which is good i think.

Did an excellent job on roof and replacing gutter tops. Completed roof in one day. Great job cleaning up. They also sent someone out after to inspect the work and to check if I had any questions or concerns.
