Jose called and told me he was coming. He arrived and was very courteous. We talked a bit and he got right up on the roof and found where it was leaking. Since I had extra shingles, he fixed it while he was here. He was so nice and also told me about an issue with my window, which I appreciated. He explained a couple of ways it could be fixed, which I am thinking about. I really appreciated Jose’s customer service, his knowledge and his overall persona. He is an asset to your company. Thanks Jose!
