• Comment: We highly recommend this company. We are extremely pleased with Heartland Roofing. We did not even know we needed a roof until Jacob offered to check for hail damage. We are so thankful to Jacob. He was courteous, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. Even helped with suggestions on what color shingles would look goid.good. He walked us through the damage, was here when the insurance adjuster came and explained everything to us every step of the way. We didhavt have to deal with the insurance company, Jacob did it with us or for us. He even came over while his crew were doing the repairs to let us know we needed all new boards under the shingles. His foot went right through. Glad nobody was hurt. Then he spoke with the insurance company for us.
  The crew showed up early. All wore tshirts with "CREW" written on them. afterwhen after the tear off they discovered they would have to replace every board more crew showed up to help. It was completed in one day, start to finish. Both house and garage. The crew were all courteous and professional, worked hard, there was no chit chat, no orders barked they all knew what to do and worked great as a team.
  Their clean up was amazing. By 5pm you could not tell they had ever been here other than beautiful new roofs.
  We are so happy with Heartland we are having them put new gutters on the house and garage.
  Thank you Heartland and especially Jacob. Jacob made what is normally a very stressful event totally stress free. He definitely cares how the homeowner feels and he takes pride in the company. I would definitely recommend Heartland Roofing.
