How was your experience with the first phone call to the company?
- Comment: After the storm damage on March 4th we researched all contractors in our area and scheduled several for inspections. we chose Heartland due to good reviews and their A+ BBB rating. They sent Todd Heithoff out to do the inspection. Todd was very professional and no pressure to commit to his company like the others we had just knock on the door. Todd even came out met with our insurance adjuster. Todd help get us a new roof, complete home resided and new gutters/down spouts. we committed to Heartland on the spot due to Todd's expertise. Heartland's roofing crew came first and they were professional and treated our home as if it was their's. They stripped 30 squares and put on the new roof within 9 hours. They left our yard just like they found it. A few days later the siding crew led by Micheal and Javier showed up and started the siding project. Javier's team was very professional as well. They were very careful as to again treat our home as it was theirs. they were very efficient and completed the job in 5.5 working days. My wife Linda and I HIGHLY reccomend Heartland Roofing and Siding for your project and they can use our home before and after pictures as advertisement any time they want.
