Heartland Roofing FOR THE WIN! Let me tell you all the reasons this company deserves your business. 1. They were the only company who responded to my inquiry for an inspection. Within 24 hours, they had called and set up time to come inspect my roof. Other companies never followed up. 2. Chase, the rep who initially reached out, was friendly and knowledgeable and super great at communicating. He even made an extra unplanned stop to clean my neighbor’s gutters (she’s a sweet elderly lady). 3. Chase followed up his inspection by meeting with the insurance inspector and walking him through the repairs needed. It resulted in an approved claim for a full roof replacement. 4. Chase set expectations for the repairs and handed things off to the production team. 5. The production team was also great. They were quick and clean. Pictures of the work and finished product are attached. 6. Heartland sent a final inspector out a few days after the work. He was super friendly, checked the entire project over, and even installed a small piece of flashing to direct water into a gutter corner. 7. Heartland followed up one more time with a phone call to get feedback and answer any final questions. They responded quickly. They communicated well. And my new roof speaks for itself! I’ve only had this work done once in the Des Moines metro, but would highly recommend this team!
