This applicant will assist Heartland Roofing, Siding, and Solar in achieving its vision and mission of success at the highest level of professionalism to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers.

JOB SUMMARY

Required Skills

  • Computer Software/Microsoft Outlook: You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Chrome. Experience in QuickBooks or other accounting software programs preferred.
  • Multitasking skills: You should be able to juggle several demands at once and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Customer service is our number one goal.
  • Organizational: You must be detail-oriented and organized, able to locate a document or recall protocol at a moment's notice.
  • Decision-making: You'll often find yourself handling several tasks almost simultaneously, particularly in busy offices, so you should be able to prioritize and make time-effective decisions.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and polite manner.
  • Clearly determine purpose of the call.
  • Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
  • Greet visitors in a timely and polite manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail - drop in mailbox at the end of the day.
  • Receive and process deliveries.
  • Intake new Leads and assign to salesmen in our CRM.
  • Post cash, create invoices, warranty sheets, copy checks and file appropriate documents in customer files – Accuracy is a must!
  • Make daily cash deposits.
  • Credit Card – Make sure we have all the credit card receipts recorded and allocated to the appropriate job, business expense or gas files. Accuracy is a must!
  • Generate Sales Reports sent out weekly to the sales representatives.
  • Work with insurance adjusters to get supplements approved for customer claim in a timely manner.
  • Generate documents as requested.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support.
  • Create Excel spreadsheets.
  • Manage databases.
  • Ordering office supplies and track expenses.
  • Monitor truck fleet spreadsheet and files, insurance, registration, etc.
  • Order Heartland apparel and track employee and sales contractor allotted dollar amount.
  • Assist in planning staff events.
  • Assist in office cleaning.
