We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

JOB SUMMARY

Duties:

  • Answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Making outbound calls to customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and distributing communication across multiple departments.
  • Entering payments into financial systems and distributing documents.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
  • Assist in light office cleaning.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Computer Skills: Be proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM software and QuickBooks is beneficial. You may also be required to learn new software programs as needed.
  • Microsoft Office: with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Customer Service Skills: should have strong customer service skills and be able to provide support to customers and team members as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: should be highly organized and able to manage your time effectively. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks and ensuring that they are completed on time.
  • Adaptability: should be able to adapt to changing priorities as we continue to grow as a company.
  • Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is not required, but a bonus!
