After contacting several companies to replace my siding, Heartland was the only one that followed through. They were very communicative and helpful during the whole process, including when my insurance company made things difficult.

With the hail storm we had in early spring of 2023, we decided to look at Heartland for all the repair work since we had been talking about investing in solar. We worked with great teams for both the roof, siding and other repairs and went right into adding solar after those were done. They were diligent in working through any issues that popped up to make sure everything was being done to their high standards and our satisfaction. We have been enjoying the benefits of the new solar install with battery backup since October of 2023 and are extremely pleased.

Heartland Roofing, Siding, and Solar had to replace our roof a second time due to another hail storm in May of 2023. Kenny's attention to detail and product knowledge was exceptional! We had to replace our siding also due to the same storm. The crew was excellent and very courteous. Tanner's follow through was very comprehensive and thorough. I would highly recommend this organization for any of your roof or siding work!

The Heartland team was purely amazing! Tanner was quick to respond to any questions we had and Kenny was quick to give me updates of when we could expect work to get completed. It was difficult choosing a color and he was so understanding and gave us examples around the neighborhood we could look at for scale. We LOVE what we chose. We were worried about the level of work being done because it was a BIG project for us but the team did an amazing job getting everything done and making it so easy! We highly recommend them and would work with them again!

The work that I've had completed on my home consisted of being completely resided, new roof, new gutters, and new windows. The work was coordinated and completed in various stages. During each stage I was well informed and expectations were set and met. The Heartland team did a great job of communicating with me and setting my mind at ease knowing that though work was going to be completed without issue. And the work was completed without issue. I had complete peace of mind throughout the whole experience. The people that I personally worked with were Kenny, Chase, and Tanner. All of which were exceptional people, and represented their company extremely well. They were eager to help in any way they could. They gave me peace of mind through the whole process and for that I'm extremely grateful. I am relatively new to the Ames area and I am a bit apprehensive when it comes to finding people/companies to do work for me. I can say without question, based on my experience, Heartland is a great company to work with, and has my highest recommendation.

In April 2022 my house, 2 rental properties and my church were damaged in a storm that passed through Ames, IA I checked with my insurance agent who recommended we call Heartland Roofing, Siding, and Solar. I contacted Heartland the next day and had a meetings on all of the properties needing repair. Heartland did an excellent job on all of the repairs which included 3 roof replacements (3 houses and my church); 4 complete gutter and downspout replacements; 1 full replacement of siding on the church rental property; partial siding replacement on the church building; and replacement trim on all of 4 properties. The work was done with care. I am pleased with all of the work that was done. The crews were fast, precise and on time. If ever I have need of these types of repairs again I will call Heartland. Because of their expert work I also hired them to replace the windows in my rental property. The job was fast and very neat with no damage to the interior or exterior of the house. I will always recommend Heartland to my neighbors and friends.

We decided to take the opportunity to update the exterior of our home after storm damage. Every member of the Heartland team, from management to the office staff to the hard working men who replaced our roof and siding, were kind, patient and responsive in working with us and answering our questions. Our finished exterior is beautiful. We could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to work with Heartland again. Thank you!
