What a transformation! When Nick's whole house suffered storm damage, Heartland came to the rescue! We met with his insurance adjuster as soon as possible, and tarped over holes in the roof to prevent any leaks before we could even start the job. We had to send in a sample of Nick's existing siding to our national database to find a match for insurance. When we couldn't find an exact match, Nick was able to pick a new siding color. We think this looks AMAZING. Nick chose Mastic Ovation siding in Montana Suede, and Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Driftwood. This house is warm and inviting, the perfect place to come home to! Allen called into our office because his insurance company claimed he only had storm damage to his soffit and fascia. However, when our project manager Jake came out, he did a thorough inspection and found damage to the siding and the roof as well! Insurance only covered some of the siding, so Jake worked hard to find a match, even reaching out to our national database of siding colors to find the right one. When nothing was available, Jake worked with insurance to advocate for Allen and got him all new siding. Because of this, Allen's house has had an entire exterior makeover! We think it looks amazing, bright and crisp with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black and Royal Building Products Sterling siding in white. The brickwork on Allen's home now looks warm and stately, and the shutters give the home that extra pop of architectural flair. We couldn't be more happy with the end result! Wow, what a change! Don’t these photos look like two different houses? Diane’s home definitely leveled up in quaintness after Heartland resided her home! She chose Mastic Carvedwood .44 vinyl siding in in Brunswick, and we really think it makes her front porch pop! This home is now warm and welcoming, and we are so happy we were able to walk hand in hand with Diane through this process. Lynn’s home went from boarded windows to bold, blue and beautiful! After hail damage rocked Cedar Rapids, Lynn’s home was one of many that needed a full exterior makeover. Heartland was honored to be able to care for Lynn’s family and walk them through the complicated process of working with insurance to ensure their home was properly cared for. Heartland spent a lot of time trying to color match the existing siding, and even went as far as checking with the national registry of siding colors to find the right match! When we could not find the exact right color, Lynn had the opportunity to go BOLD decide on a new color! We think the Mastic Carvedwood .44 vinyl siding in Deep Cavern is an absolutely stunning choice, especially in contrast with the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Fox Hollow Gray and white gutters and soffit. The rich blue only serves to accentuate the grey roof, which echoes the warm grey of their existing stone. We are so happy to help Lynn give his home a full makeover, and think this home turned out stunning!

Crisp, bright, and happy – David and Darcy’s home has had a MAJOR upgrade after some storm damage! Heartland had the honor to bringing this adorable this home into the 21 century with Mastic Quest siding in Natural Cedar, and bright white gutters and trim. We think this home really stands out in the neighborhood with its fresh, clean look!
