Tom saw us working on his neighbor's roof, and couldn't help but notice how organized we were and how large our crew was. Tom said that the crew showed up, set up their camp, made sure to cover everything in the yard to protect their landscaping, and started working right away. What impressed him the most was how the crew tore of the old roof in the morning and before dinner the roof was fully completed. He complimented how hard the crew worked -- everyone was always busy making sure that the project got done in a timely manner.
