- Comment: Heartland was great to work with, very prompt and professional. They (Chase) helped walk us through the insurance process and were very patient as we made decision on products and colors. We had a great experience with them 5 years ago (Adam) when we replaced our roof due to hail damage, so it was a no brainer to use them again this year when we had to replace our roof and siding due to hail.
