The work that I've had completed on my home consisted of being completely resided, new roof, new gutters, and new windows. The work was coordinated and completed in various stages. During each stage I was well informed and expectations were set and met. The Heartland team did a great job of communicating with me and setting my mind at ease knowing that though work was going to be completed without issue. And the work was completed without issue. I had complete peace of mind throughout the whole experience.
The people that I personally worked with were Kenny, Chase, and Tanner. All of which were exceptional people, and represented their company extremely well. They were eager to help in any way they could. They gave me peace of mind through the whole process and for that I'm extremely grateful.
I am relatively new to the Ames area and I am a bit apprehensive when it comes to finding people/companies to do work for me. I can say without question, based on my experience, Heartland is a great company to work with, and has my highest recommendation. -
